OUR GRACIOUS HEARTS ARE FILLED

I think
we have squandered life
like a churlish child playing with a doll
until he breaks it
and cries for another!

What a beautiful life it is!
Joy and happiness resound in the air
and the sun brings tender rays
to caress wily plants.

The earth with a compassionate apron
envelopes graceful landscapes
where many creatures rejoice
like a child on the bosom of mother.

Our gracious hearts are filled
with embraces of love
and emit fragrance of compassion
in the anthem of universal peace.

And we hear every minute
songs of human destiny
soaring over space
like butterflies of lofty ideals.

In the bright field of hopes
all human reminiscences converge
and emit stories of gratitude
to rejoice each ailing heart.

And every dream appears
like a sprouting plant
and grows to be a tree of kindness
to shower the grace of tenderness!

As we tread dark shadows of fate
crawling and lurking over us
in the cosmic isle of existence
we can rise from His Grace
to sing and dance
underneath this serene sky !

I don't see
why one should wail in life
instead of celebrating it
as a perennial festival!
